1. Pre-Invoice:  With previous agreement, we send  a pre-invoice for a prepaid advance .

2. Closing Price:  We use metalsmine site, to constantly check the gold LMBA Price.  Link: https://www.metalsmine.com/market/

  3. Invoice:  Once the metals amount to export are defined we  will issue an invoice with previously agreed prices, and the

buying percentage (%) agreed with the client.

4. VUCE:  Once we gather all traceability and origin documents we will upload the information in the government foreign trade platform (VUCE) to register the export and what is going to be exported. The deny or acceptance will last  3 business days.  Link: https://www.vuce.gov.co/servicios/exportaciones/exportaciones-vuce

5. Sending documents:  We will send the Invoice, the registered VUCE document, and safety conveyor PROSEGUR sheet. At this point we expect the 90% of the payment in (USD), to send the products.

6. Assay Report & Liquidation:  After the client receive the products, and perform purity tests, they has to issue an assay report, to confirm the total amount received.  Based on it  the client has to  make the final 10% payment in (USD) to end the exportation.
